If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of supplements, only sealed, unopened, and unused products may be returned.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 business days (Mon - Fri) of delivery.
  • Defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for free replacement or full refund.

9. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations and modifications are not possible.
