Shipping policy
At Woof Blends, we are committed to delivering your dog supplements safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within Singapore.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within Singapore.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Singapore will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Shipping From
- All orders are packed and shipped from Singapore.
- We maintain strict quality standards to ensure supplements are handled, stored, and shipped under appropriate conditions.
3. Currency
- All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Payments are processed in SGD only.
4. Shipping Carriers
- We partner with trusted local carriers such as SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, and Qxpress to ensure timely delivery.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
5. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon - Fri) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time 4 PM, (Mon-Fri), (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore), weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
6. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery across Singapore: 3–5 business days (Mon - Fri).
- Express Delivery: 1-4 business days (Mon - Fri)
- Remote or restricted areas may take slightly longer.
- Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel.
7. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping for all orders $80 and above
- Standard shipping: flat rate $4.50 for all orders under $80
- Express Delivery: flat rate $6.00
8. Taxes & Duties
- All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
- No additional duties or import taxes apply for Singapore orders.
9. Address Accuracy & Change of Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@woofblends.sg
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or return-to-sender charges.
10. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@woofblends.sg
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- If you wish to cancel after shipment, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
11. Failed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may arrange a re-delivery.
- Additional re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may apply, which will be borne by the customer.
12. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
- If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
- We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
- For supplements, any product damaged in transit must not be consumed. Please provide photographic evidence of damage for a replacement or refund.
13. Restricted Delivery Areas
- Certain military bases, government buildings, or secured facilities may have delivery restrictions. In such cases, please provide an alternative delivery address.
