At Woof Blends, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring the safety, quality, and effectiveness of our dog supplements. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting returns, refunds, or exchanges, in compliance with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and Google Shopping requirements.

1. General Return Eligibility
For health and safety reasons, returns are accepted under specific conditions only:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.
- A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition (free from damage, tampering, or contamination).
Opened or partially used supplements are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and regulatory restrictions.
2. Non-Returnable and Exempt Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Opened supplement bottles, jars, or packs.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
- Gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable products.
- Free samples or promotional items.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request supporting evidence such as:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Images of the shipping box/packaging.
Depending on your case, we will provide:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund (including shipping, if our error).
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot exchange supplements for different flavors, sizes, or formulations if the product was delivered correctly.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective/incorrect).
- Use a trackable shipping service or courier with proof of delivery.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Bulk Orders & Wholesale Purchases
For bulk or wholesale supplement orders, returns and refunds may be subject to additional conditions or agreements. Please contact us before placing large-volume orders.
9. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
- Subscription or auto-ship purchases follow the same return/refund rules as single orders.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime, but cancellations made after an order is processed will apply from the next cycle.

To ensure smooth processing of returns and refunds, customers must:
- Provide accurate delivery and contact information at checkout.
- Inspect the order upon delivery and report issues promptly.

11. Quality & Safety Assurance

- For safety reasons, we cannot re-stock or resell returned supplements unless unopened and sealed.
