1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options for purchases within Singapore:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Digital Wallets: Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay
- Other Secure Payment Gateways displayed at checkout
Note: We currently do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or third-party cheques.
2. Currency
- All transactions are conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Prices displayed on the website are in SGD and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required.
3. Payment Security

- Refunds for canceled orders or returned products will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically, refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon - Fri).
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped. After shipment, cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Payment Disputes
- Any disputes regarding payment should be raised with us within 3 working days of the transaction.
- Contact our support team with your order number, payment details, and issue description.
- We will work to resolve the dispute promptly and transparently.
